Only legitimate payment methods should be used to make the payment. You also give Nextgenit permission to charge the payment method you have chosen for any unpaid payments.

Termination

This agreement remains in effect until either party terminates it. In order to terminate, the User must stop using the Services and notify Nextgenit. For any violation of these Terms of Service, Nextgenit may promptly and without notice terminate this agreement.

All payment commitments and liabilities incurred by the User prior to termination will remain in effect. Intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and disclaimers are just a few examples of clauses that will remain in effect even after termination.

Prohibited Usage

You commit to using our services responsibly. Prohibited activities include:

• Breaking any national or international laws.
• Using content that breaches copyrights or trademarks.
• Spreading malware, viruses, or harmful software.
• Disrupting or damaging our services.

Violating these rules will result in immediate legal action and account termination.

Refund Policy

Contact your Project Coordinator initially for any service-related issues. If unresolved, escalate the same with your Account Manager.

If the issue still persists, email Nextgenit with details for a refund review. Our management will decide on full or partial refunds based on the situation.
